Multiple Gang Members Arrested In C-Bad

Six gang members have been arrested on various charges in North County, authorities announced Thursday.
Members of the North County Regional Gang Task Force served arrest warrants on six members of a Carlsbad gang, sheriff’s Lt. Derek Clark said. Police are also looking for five other suspects after a two-year investigation, Clark said.
The six suspects were arrested in Vista, Oceanside and Carlsbad. The investigation focused on a number of top-level gang members on the streets and in prison, Clark said.
The alleged crimes include narcotics sales, transportation of narcotics into jails and prisons, firearms violations and conspiracy to commit murder, Clark said.
Police seized weapons and drugs during the investigation, Clark said.
Glad to see these guys off the streets – they’ve been tagging up all sorts of buildings and walls around here lately.
